  2. The people of this district used to make daisy chains. They used to make horse's winkers with daisies.
    The people made a German Rattler by getting a match-box and a piece of silver paper and two small ball-bearings. They would put the ball-bearings into the silver paper and make it like a sausage and then rattle it in the box.
