- (continued from previous page)Poll na Céardhea is situated on the road between Skehana and Peterwell and near the village of Skehana.
- There was once an old woman and she lived near the railway line between Gort and Ardrahan. The remains of her house is to be seen near Killeen's in borker.Every morning she used go for a bucket of water to a well about a quarter of a mile from her house. One frosty morning as she was going down to the well she slipped and fell in and was drowned. The field in which the well is situated is called "Poll Nóra" because her name was Nóra.
