- The old Irish tale that I know is about Oisin. One day when Oisin was out hunting by the banks of Loch Lein with the Fianna they saw a beautiful lady coming towards them and she had a golden cloak on her and hair that shone like gold. The hair was drooping down on her back and it was wavey and curly. When she came up to them she said that she was the daughter of the king of Tír na Nóg and that she wanted Oisín son of Finn. Finn said that it was Oisin that was along with them and she asked him to go along with her to Tír na nóg. Finn didnt want his son to go but Oisin fell in love with Eva and Oisin jumped up on the white horse. behind Eva and they rode off to Tir na nóg.
