    name of Townland:- Bracara
    Parish:- Tynagh
    Barony:- Leitrim
    There are ten families in my townland.
    There are fifty people in it.
    There are nine thatched houses and one slated.
    There are two old people in my townland.
    They don't know Irish.
    names:- Mrs James Burke. Bracara. Tynagh. Loughrea. Co. Galway.
    Mr John Moloney.
    The houses were not as numerous in former times as they are now. There are no ruins now.
    Eleven people emigrated to foreign countries.
    Some went to america, some to Australia and some to New Zealand.
    Some of the land is suitable for tilling.
    Some of it is hilly.
    There is a wood in my district:- Pallas Wood.
    There is an old river and a new river in my district.
