    Wildfire.
    Whenever people had wildfire they got a gold piece and they measured it with this.

  2. Corns
    1. Sometimes long ago the people cut their corns but other people used to steal a bit of bacon and put it in the manure heap (cárnán) and when the bacon would have rotted the corn would have disappeared.
