- There is now but one forge in this district owned by Auston White. Long ago there were two but when they died no one took their places until last year when Mr. White set up a forge.Where they are situated.
This forge is situated near a stream because the smith always wants water. The Forge.
It is one story high and has a galvanised roof. One half of the floor is boarded and the other cement. In the middle on a thick wall is the fire. Bellows.
