    5. "Gort an Mhuileann" It is so called because there was a mill there long ago but the ruins cannot be seen now.
    6. "Paircin na n-asail" When a landlord named Mr. Digby ruled in our district the people had very little land. There was a little field in which everyone got permission to put their donkey and thence it got its name.
    7. "St. Patrick's Well" Long ago when St. Patrick was travelling Ireland he came to this well and drank water out of it. The tracks of his hands and knees are still to be found on the stones that are near the well.
    8. "An Lochán" It is a field in which water rests during the year.
