- Candle making was carried on in this district long ago.
The people had no lights, and they had to make their own candles, this is the ways they made them.
They got dry rushes and took off the green part, then they rubbed fat, over them, and let the fat harden on them.
Gates and firecranes are made in the forges.
There is also a limekiln in this district, limestones are turned in it.
