    In the townland of Aughavohill there is another road off this road we have described and it is called the "Gleam" road because it leads into the townland of Glenaniffe in the next parish (Rossinver). It was built about sixty years from relief grants. It was built for the purpose of gaining access to the mountain bog which separates Dartry Mountians from Glenaniff Several Branch Lenis have been built from time to time and now no part of the bog is a great distance from the road.
