  1. There are three forges in the Parish Mr O Connell Mr Louglin and Mr Mulligan are the owners. The forges are made of stone with zinc roof. Some of the forges (half) have two fire-places and more of them one. The bellow are made he same as house bellow. There is leather at each side of it and there are springs attached to it, each side and they are covered with leather also. They are not made locally. The bellow that used long ago were made locally. The smith uses an anvil or hammer niffers rash[?] and bellows
