9. If a mist rises on the mountain at any time it denotes rain, but if it rises on a river in winter it means frost, but in simmer it means good weather.
10. If the mountain looks black it is the sign of rain, if the clouds come near it denotes rain also, but if the sky is clean and blue good weather.
11. Red clouds in the North west in winter mean storm.
12. Red clouds at sunset in the West in Summer are a sign of good weather.
