  1. There is a holy well in Killsynan. It is called Saint Synan's well. It is visited on the last Saturday of June. When people visit the well they go round it and say the Rosary. They also leave holy pictures at the well.
    A girl who was blind visited the well. She rubbed the water to her eyes and she was cured. The next morning she was blind again because she neglected to thank God.
