One night a man was coming from visiting. It was about two o'clock and he was not afraid. He came to a cross-roads and there a light shone around him and he found a box on the road and his address on it. He took it up and brought it home. When he reached his home he opened it and in it he found that there was a coat made of gold in it. He put it on him and he noticed that he could go from one place to another very quickly.
The leipreacháin is about as big as the fairy and he dresses in black clothes with silver buckles. It is said that leipreacains have thousands of pounds hid in a place called a sparan. It is said that if a person could find the pot of gold that he would never be a day poor because the more he would take out of it the(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
