    tailor and he knocked at the door and she said it was his ghost. He had a little fat pig and he went in and slept beside it until morning. His wife sold the pig to the priest.
    Early that morning the priest's servant came for the pig and when he saw Jack Roche he galloped on home. Jack knew it was Sunday and he washed his face and prepared for Mass. He was passing out people and they ran before him and some ran back home again. They were afraid of Jack Roche. He went to Mass and the people told the priest and he said to Jack: "For God's sake leave the chapel." Jack would not and the priest said "I'll see you after Mass." "Very well" said Jack and after Mass he told the priest what happened. He went home and sacked his wife out of the house.
