  1. (continued from previous page)
    When the lamp is lighted
    in the evening the people
of the house say:- God grant
us all the light and glory of Heaven.
At the elevation of the Chalace
    the people say with great
    faith "O Eternal Father I
    offer Thee the precious blood
of Jesus Christ for the wants
    of Holy Christ for the
    conversion of sinners and for
the release of the poor souls
    in Purgatory.
A widow told her two children
to say this prayer every night
"Holy Saint Joseph, and good Saint Ann.
    Be Good to Mammie and
    bring her a man.
