- Churning
There are three kinds of churns - dash churns,barrel churns, and hand churns. dash churning is the oldest system of churning in my district.
To prepare the churn it must be spotlessly clean and it must be first washed with cold water and afterwards with boiling water and then left out in the open air to cool.
