  1. Once upon a time there lived a man named Big Frank or Frank Keating in my locality. He held the great boast of the district as being able to mow as much as two men. On one occasion he was employed by a local farmer for a day's mowing.
    The farmer had a meadow which usually took four men to mow it in one day.
    On arriving at the meadow in the morning two other mowers were employed, the farmer divided the meadow into two parts giving one half of it to two men and the other half to Keating, who made a bet of five Shillings with the other men that he would mow as much as the two
