   There was a boy who went to Confession. He had so many sins to tell that he could not think of them all. The priest thought of a plan for him and this is the plan he thought of. Every time he committed a sin he told him to put a stone in a bag. It was a long time before he went to Confession again. When he had as many stones as sins committed he thought it was time to return to Confession again. He had to go and get his neighbours horse and cart to bring the bags of stones to the church gate. He went in to the priest to Confession. Then the priest asked him how many sins he had committed. "Well I am the boy, Father that you told to put a stone in a bag for every sin I committed said he.
