    Twelve honest tenants were that day evicted for being unable to pay rack-rent,
    To them no mercy was that day extended as on those farms the landlords was bent.
    For three costly mansions they had erected, for three orange Grabbers, from the North they came,
    But we plagued them out, we showed them plenty that our Order Rules they dare not defame.
    For twelve long years sure John Bull did guard them with Police Huts and patrolling men.
    But the agitation kept stiff against them and compelled those Grabbers for to give in.
    For every move they made on those farms we made them dance and the piper pay,
    For their pigs went off and their cattle also and after that went their oats and hay,
    They lost their Guns and their Revolvers, they lost their eggs and their butter fair,
    But to crown the business one fine Summer evening
    away for ever went the fine brood mare.
