    There was once a fort that was built in Coolkeragh...

    fixed on building it near the fort.
    He started to build the house and one day he was building it a whirlwind came and blew him off it and the men that were with him.
    When they got up a man was near them and he said to them that they would have to knock the house yet, or if they did not they would never have luck in it.
    They did not take much notice of him.
    Then he began to build the house again.
    When the house was finished it was very beautiful and he and his people went to live in it.
    The first night they went to live in it they heard many strange noises.
    They got afraid but they stayed in it.
