    "Cad a bhuailfidh mé? "Buail an madra", said the boy's mother. The dog was not inside and she struck a sow and a litter of bonhams that were in the kitchen.
    The sow and her young went mad and had to be destroyed. The boy lived and went to America afterwards. The woman was never seen since.
