    I have value and money,
    A neat and compact little farm
    Nine acres of ground with fences all round
    To keep my potatoes from harm
    I've a headland of flax free from duty and tax
    A sow, that in six weeks will litter,
    A granny who is pale
    And a chest of oat-meal
    And a beautiful crock of salt butter
    My old father Tim may peace be to him!
    When dying he did not forget me
    In making his will he wrote with his quill
