    set off anyway with his dog and gun hoping to find the treasure.
    He began to dig and when he was down a piece in the ground a weasel jumped up, and the man made an aim at him but missed. But the dog caught him and killed him. The man then bled the weasel and threw the blood into the hole.
    He got the pot of gold and went home overjoyed with himself, and he placed it under the dresser so that every one could see it. Nobody could read the letters which were on it because they were written in Latin
