    The weapons used were pistols and three "rounds" of shooting were to allowed. The antagonists stood back to back and so the duel was fought. Two "rounds" were over still none were harmed, but on the third round O'Connell shot a button off Blenerhassets attire. Here the affair ended and everybody was glad.
