    There was a little boy named Jack. While he was young his mother died and his father married again. She did not like Jack and she used give him a dry crust of bread for his breakfast and the same for his supper and the same for his dinner.
    One day he made up his mind to run away and he got a dry crust and ran off. He was not gone far when he heard something running after him. He looked back, and what was it, but his own little Red Bull. Jack told him to go away home because he did not want him. The Little Red Bull said, "I will not, because when you get tired you can sit on my back".
