  2. The sciathóg is used about the house. Potatoes are strained through it and it is used for drawing turf from the rick to the kitchen fire. It is also used in the picking of potatoes but in this respect it is being replaced by the bucket.
    The Sciathóg consists of a bogha, ribs and wicker work. The bogha is made
