   delighted. She put all the gold into a little chest above in the room and she said to Seán not to tell any person about the gold. He promised her not to tell. One day he met a man at the rock where he got the gold and the man asked Seán did he know who knocked the rock. Seán told him that it was himself that knocked it and the man asked him what he got under it and Seán told him that he got gold and his mother had it at home in the chest. The man and Seán went home to where Seán lived. The man asked Seán's mother for the gold her son brought her the other day. She told him and when he was takeing it out of the chest she hit him with a slasher and cut the head off of him. She buried him unde turf at the bottom of the house. She told Seán not to tell any person and he said he would not. That night herself and Seán buried him in a bog hole and when Seán was in bed she killed one of his pucks for she knew Seán would tell and she dug up the man and put in the puck and buried the man in another place. The next day another man came to Seán and asked
