- (continued from previous page)boat and he fell into the lake. Nobody knew where he was but after a short time he was seen by two men floating on the water. He was brought ashore along with his boat.
- About twenty years ago a house, the property of Willie McNally was burned by rats. In the middle of the night the rats carried the sparks of the fire on their backs and burned the house.
Willie at once leaped from his bed and rose the alarm but the house was burned before the people gathered.
