  1. Children have a lot of games to play Blind man's buff is a great favourite. One person puts a cloth over his eyes or sometimes a cap so that he cannot see anything.
    Who ever is caught the first has to be blind man's buff. And so the play goes on Another game which children play is called "Tom Fool in the middle." Four or five children take part in it. Each child gets a stone and stands on it. One of them stands in the middle. Each one changes place with another and the one in the middle tries to get into his place when he is changing Who ever is caught has to be "Tom Fool in the middle" "My Granny's Needle" is sometimes played. One girl gets a crowd of girls behind her. Another girl gets down on her knees and starts looking for something on the ground. The girl in charge of the rest asks her what she is looking for and she says she is looking for her Granny's needle. The girl in charge asks her what she is looking for She says she is looking for sand. The girl is charge asks her what she is going to do with the sand
