    and also some boiled one. You grate the potatoes and put salt in them and mixture is beaten up well. Then you grease the pan and put it on it and bake the mixture and eat it to your tea and it is very nice.
    Apple cake is made with flour, salt, soda, sweetmilk, and plenty of sugar. The mixture is beaten up well. It is made in the form of a pancake. After that you peel the apples and slice them. You put the pancake in the oven and spread the apples over it and cover it and bake it. Samhans is made from oat meal and hot water and it is step (sic) for a night until it ferms. Then it is drained and the liquid is boiled for five minutes or so. Then you let it cool and sup it sweet milk.
