- How to make Oat-meal Bread.
Put oat-meal into a basin and add salt. Then wet it with water and make a stiff paste. Roll it out on a bread-board and cut it into farls. Then place in front of the hot turf sods and keep turned until baked. - How the robins got their red breasts.
