- (continued from previous page)a stopped locáns the smiths used to cool the iron and they call it the tóisk ever since. There was another old forge in the bottom of our land north. I dont know who owned it. The field is called after it carcsin. The foundation is there yet near a stream. It was near that forge my father got the battleaxe when he was cutting the turf.
