    and praying to be released from his very uncomfortable prison. When the driver heard the nocturnal visitor in his hearse the cap "lifted" off his head with fright and he thought the man he had buried had come back to haunt him.
    He gave one look inside, jumped off the hearse, left the beggar in full possession and took every near way for home.
