  1. If a child was born without seeing her father it is said that she can cure sore mouths by breathing on them.
    It is said that the seventh son of a family can cure a tooth ache.
    If you had a wart get an onion and cut it in two halves. Bury one half and rub the other half to the wart. When the onion withers the wart will wither off your hand.
    If you had a wart on your hand get a snail and rub the spit of the snail on it and it will get better after a few days.
    If a child had the whooping cough put the child under and over a mare ass's back three times and it will go away.
