    The woman went to a room and my mother said she was a long time praying or talking in Irish. When she cam back to the kitchen she handed a little bottle to the messenger, and said "When you go home, give this little bottle to your father and tell him to spill it carefully in the name of the father, son and Holy Ghost along the heifers back, beginning at the end of the tail, and to spill the last three drops into the heifer's ear. Then he is to stand out of the way lest the heifer should hurt him when rising.
