The sun dances on Easter morn ----------------The people of this vicinity have strange sayings regarding every month of the year especially about March and April. The two last days of March and the first day of April are called Riabhóg Days.
The old people had a peculiar saying March was unable to strip the old cow and therefore it had to borrow one day from April to complete it. Ever since the first day of April is called "All Fools Day" owing to how March fooled the old cow.(continues on next page)- Collector
