The roof of this cabin was made of oak which was also got in the bog and it was covered with scraws. Those screws were called "cob" scaws which were go on mountain land. The screws were then thatched with rushes.
In the corner of Kitchen was a bed built into the wall called the "pooch."
The (of) fire was on the middle of the floor with a hole in the thatch for letting out the smoke or sometimes it used to go out on the door.
