  1. In a townland called Farnhall: which is about one mile and a half from Kilmurry, there was a lone bush growing in it one time. A man in that townland by the name Connelly cut it many years ago.
    The old people say it isn't right to cut a lone bush. This man cut this bush for firewood. Where he had it cut he found he got a stroke of rheumatism and he still remains paralyzed.
    Every night there is a light to be seen, and singing heard where that lone bush was one time.
