    was employed. It was something like this:-

    Ickill Ackill Out.
    One person reciting this, went around the ring. These seven words cover seven persons and whoever the 'out' covered, he was allowed to go a hide. This continued 'til all were eliminated and gone ahide except one. He was the last but not neccessarily the person who recited the formula. The person who remained turned his face to a wall or gate and at some signal he went in search of the others who were ahide. The portion of the wall or gate where he stood was the "home". All endeavoured to reach this untouched. Whoever reached it were safe.
