    very careful for fear you would break the beaters. When taking it out it is put into a tin dish and is rinsed in cold water. When that is done it is patted and some salt is put on it and it is all right then. The butter milk is used for making bread and stirabout and it is very nice to drink. This is an old saying about churning.
    "Long churning makes bad butter."
