    other. One of them went into a neighbour's house one day and said to the man of the house.
    "That horse you have is looking very good." The owner replied, "Is he," and with that the other man went away. As soon as he was gone the horse died.
    Now this man told another neighbour that his horse had died. His neighbour who was a friend of his asked if the other man had said. "God bless her." He replied that he did not. This friend advised him to go to the first man when he would be smoking his pipe and when he would spit out have a stick and dip it in the spit
