In the townland of Marley County Carlow there is a family named Cantlon. Their ancestors were brought to Ireland after the rising of 1798 by Brune and planted there in the farms of people who were evicted.
Cantlons had a workman who had to work early and late. They even kept him fromm going to Mass sometimes. One Sunday he had to remain away from Mass.
