    rath. This morning he said to his mother that he would go out and plough the rath. His mother told him not to plough it but he only laughed at her and told her not to be foolish. He began to plough the rath but he had to give up with a pain in his head. He sent for a woman named Kinsella who had a prayer for a pain in the head. She came but failed to cure the pain. That night the man died and as he was breathing his last the fairies were heard singing and dancing.
