    white stone in the middle of it.
    "Bán Mór" is in Ballyogan in Mr Joyce's farm. It is probably so called because it is an unusually big field.
    "Currach" is in Mr Kellys farm in Knockeen. It is oblong in shape and there is a bog at one side. There is a clusher of hawthorn bushes in the middle of it, and there was a house there years ago. Some of the stones remain still and the spot is called "The Old House".
    "The Giant's Field" is in Mr Ryan's farm in Knockeen. There is a story that a giant was
