Mr Baker lived in this town fifty years ago. He was a famous singer and was a baker by trade. He travelled a good deal and often sang in a choir in Liverpool and Dublin and Graig. He died in Graig from hunger. - General Cloney lived in White Hall house Graignamanagh, now occupied by Mr Joyce. He was born at Monerhore near Enniscorthy Co.
