    When the cock crows on a rainy day it is a sign that it will get fine.
    When the berries are plentiful on the holly tree it is a sign of a hard winter.
    When the oak is out before the ash we will have a splash.
    When the ash is out before the oak we will only have a soak.
    When the sheep come down from the mountain it is the sign of bad weather.
