- There is a fort in Mullinahinshina, Inniskeen, Co Monaghan. One day a man was ploughing on this fort. It was on Good Friday. The people at that time used eat nothing until after twelve o'clock mid-day. When he came to the "headland", he saw a plate with a heron on it and two cuts of bread on the ditch. he did not touch it. When he came up again to the "headland" the food was not there.
