    Many quaint expressions are used in connection with animals, fowls etc. which we keep on our farm.
    When driving the cows out to the field and when we wish them to go faster, we say "Howy on." Should we wish to get these cows to wait or stand we use the word "bhay" "bhay" a couple of times when the cows unless every excited usu-ally obey the command. Again at milking time if the cow does not stand quietly or attempts to kick we use the
