    They dance and sing. The people give them refreshments. It is said that it is unlucky not to give them refreshments.
    Long ago the people had to walk to the church, but the rich people had a carriage and horses to bring them. The people at the wedding used to race against each other home. If the bride won the race she got a necklace. The bride sat on the horse with her husband.
