- There are many kinds of animals. There are the horses the cattle, the sheep the pigs. There are two domestic animals at home, the cat and the dog. All animals are useful.
The horse is kept to do most of the farm-work. The cows are kept for milk. Cows give a bucket of milk every morning and night. Nearly all cows have names we have six cows and six calves at home
There is a division in the cow-house. Three of the cows are tied to stakes and three are tied to bales. You say 'suck' 'suck' to calves to call them from the field
Cows are tied by the necks Most cows are tied with chains. Nobody hangs a branch or emblem in the cowhouse in this district
